Legacy Park was created in honor of Bailey Jack Beck who has Down Syndrome. The Park will be a boundless playground that is handicap accessible so that everyone has an equal opportunity to play. This park has so many unique features that will benefit special needs children of this area. Legacy Park will be 25,000 square feet located inside of Lincoln Parish Park in Ruston. We have selected our board members and had our first successful meeting. Now we are ready to start the fundrasing process!
